Universal Healthcare
Healthcare is a right, not a place for profits. It’s time for a single payer system that provides comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and mental healthcare.
Equitable Education
Education creates opportunity, but years of funding cuts have crippled our public education system and hurt our students and teachers. It’s time we make good on the promise of universal, free, and equitable public education.
Housing as a Right
We must invest in affordable housing across the country so we can end homelessness, housing insecurity, and empower tenants to organize their own communities.
Combat Climate Change
Climate change is a global emergency, but it will especially impact Delaware as the lowest-lying state in the union. We must transform our energy system, rebuild our infrastructure, and guarantee clean air, land, and water in every community.
Build Labor Power
We need to take power back from corporations and make sure that workers are in control of their own economic future.
Economic Justice
Our economic, social, and political institutions have concentrated wealth and power amongst the elite few, while the other 99% of us are struggling to survive. We need a more equitable distribution of our country’s wealth so that everyone can prosper.
Reimagine Public Safety
Our country’s rates of imprisonment are among the highest in the world. We need to decarcerate our communities and reimagine public safety as a concept rooted in the health, safety, and prosperity of us all.
Protect Immigrants
The Trump Administration has launched an all-out attack on immigrants, but our country’s imperialism, mass deportations, and turning away of refugees started long before Trump. It’s time to remake our country’s immigration system.
Racial Justice
We must work together to end the systemic racism that plagues every aspect of our country.
Disability Rights
We must ensure protections and a dignified standard of living for all people with disabilities, as well as caretakers.
LGBTQIA+ Rights
Our country and government must do more to protect LGBTQIA+ folks from discrimination in our systems and institutions.
Peace, Not War
We must reshape our foreign policy by ending our forever wars, fighting against US imperialism, and working instead to guarantee the prosperity and right to self-determination for all people abroad.
Fight Back against Wall Street and Corporate Greed
Wall Street’s greed and speculation caused the 2008 Great Recession, and yet the banks and corporations got bailouts while workers lost their homes and jobs. We need to put people over profits.
Hold Government Accountable
It’s time for our government to live out its promise of protecting freedom and democracy.
